2) The second session is more focused and provides specific information. 

3) Individuals interested in following the practice are then asked to go through an interview followed by an individual session where particular instructions are provided.

4) A brief ceremony is performed.

5) An individual is given a mantra, and it is supposed to be kept confidential. 

6) For the next 2-3 days, the teacher checks the individual correctness of practice and gives them more instructions. 

7) The teacher meets the practitioners for the next couple of months and helps them correct their technique by providing the necessary guidance.
