Diane Yeo takes a real-life approach to teaching mindfulness. She is known and respected for her passion, clarity and ability to keep it simple. Jonathan Troen is a Self Love Mentor and Life Mastery Coach. He also co-founder the Austin, TX mindfulness center Austin Yoga Tree, where he teaches Iyengar Yoga and meditation.
